In 2018 I was approached to work on a photo essay book called the HIV Book Project, exploring the lives of 20 people living with HIV in Australia. The project was 140 pages in size and was printed as a perfect bound hard case with a dust jacket. The book was a collection of stories and photographs by two members of the positive community, Roy Wilkins and Phil Shipton.
