Since 2014, I have enjoyed a ten-year creative partnership with the Melbourne Theatre Company (MTC), Australia’s oldest professional theatre company. Renowned for championing new Australian works alongside a diverse program of international plays, MTC represents a cornerstone of the nation’s cultural landscape.
A Decade of Evolution
What began as a freelance engagement evolved into a decade-long collaboration. Working under the mentorship of the Art Director, I have been responsible for maintaining high-level brand consistency while bringing the unique spirit of each production to life.
Developing collateral for individual shows and annual season launches, ranging from large-scale billboards and street posters to digital advertising and social media campaigns.
Designing specialised materials for education programs and philanthropic initiatives, helping to communicate the company’s impact beyond the stage.
Executing designs within strict style guides, ensuring that every piece of collateral is aligned perfectly with the brand identity of the season.
Contributing to the visual legacy of such an iconic institution has been a privilege, requiring a balance of creative adaptability and a deep respect for the art of theatre.
