Art direction & curation

I worked as Co-Artistic Curator and Designer for ‘HIV Science as Art,’ an initiative at the intersection of design, art and advocacy. The project paired 12 HIV-positive artists with researchers to translate scientific findings into original artworks. Through exhibitions in Brisbane and Munich, artworks were auctioned to fund 45 micro-grants for HIV networks across the Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe regions.

Branding

Throughout my career, I have worked in brand development, encompassing both the meticulous management of established style guides and the creation of new organizational identities. I have partnered with a diverse range of clients, including contemporary art galleries, start-ups, community projects, and non-profit organizations.

VARIOUS PROJECTS

Not for profit

For over a decade, I have worked with national and international non-profits, spanning the environment, sexual health, and harm reduction sectors. These projects delivered rebranding, strategic plans, reports and digital media.

the Arts

With a career rooted in the arts, I developed skills in executing marketing campaigns across print, outdoor, and digital media. This foundational experience fostered a deep appreciation for print production, which continues today. My experience began at the Melbourne Arts Centre and has continued through a 15-year relationship with Gallerysmith and a decade of freelance work with the Melbourne Theatre Company.

My passion is not only appreciation of the arts, but also the creation of art. The power of visual communication and the way we can share information and ideas will never fail to amaze me.
